I'm Dominik Popp – a former professional footballer, founder of Health Routine , and someone who learned early on what responsibility means. Today, I build bridges between people who believe in goodness – and in themselves.

I was eight years old when my mother could no longer work after an accident. Suddenly our family life came to a standstill – and an unwavering drive arose within me: to take responsibility.

My plan was clear: to become a professional footballer . Not just for myself, but for all of us. I made it.

But at some point my body said: "Stop."

For five years I ignored the pain, taking ibuprofen instead of resting. Until I was honest with myself – and ended my career.

I thought I had lost everything. But then came that one moment. A spark. The desire to build something that would last.

I want to create spaces that inspire. To develop products that not only function – but make everyday life easier and more joyful.

I want to connect people. Create opportunities – especially for those who are otherwise overlooked. And I want real impact.

Because ultimately, it's about this: growing together, strengthening each other, and making life a little brighter.

I didn't found Health Routine simply to launch another product. I wanted to create a platform that has a real impact – for people who are often overlooked. For everyone who sees well-being and balance as part of a fulfilling life.
