What Dr. Wieland recommends and why most people cannot implement it

Of course, we asked Dr. Wieland: What would a person have to do to reduce this chronic inflammation?

His answer was unmistakable.

First: Eat fatty wild-caught sea fish two to three times a week. Salmon, mackerel, sardines, or herring. In high quality. Because in conventional farming, the Omega-3 content is drastically reduced.
