Reward Program

1) Campaign overview

The Affiliate Reward Program is a special program for our brand affiliates designed to increase sales exclusively through our affiliate program . Participants can receive additional rewards depending on their performance.

Campaign period:

November 1, 2025 to November 1, 2026

Definition of GMV (Gross Merchandise Value): Sum of confirmed order values after deducting cancelled, returned and refunded orders.

2) Participation requirements

Valid Health Routine Affiliate Account
Compliance with these campaign-specific terms and conditions of participation.

3) Important campaign conditions

Exclusivity: Only sales through the Health Routine Affiliate Program count.
Multiple accounts: GMV from multiple affiliate accounts is not aggregated unless they belong to the same creator. For example: The same creator has Instagram, TikTok, and a blog.
One-level principle: Bonuses are only granted for the level reached at the end of the month .
Final conclusion: The final sales figures and tier classifications are determined solely by us based on the Affiliate Report.
Participation in the respective month is only possible if at least 2 videos/stories/posts/publications with affiliate links have been published within the month.

4) Campaign rules

Attribution: All creators must have their own uniquely assigned shop account.
Deductions: Returns, refunds, cancellations and suspected fraudulent orders are deducted from the GMV.
Product scope: Only sales of Health Routine products via the Health Routine online shop are included.
Compliance: All content must comply with the platform-specific community guidelines , platform specifications , and advertising labeling requirements (e.g., "advertisement"/"advertisement"). For the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), the German Unfair Competition Act (UWG) regulations must be observed. Health-related statements and medical/disease-related cures are prohibited; the creator is liable for such claims.
No artificial sales boosts: Self-purchases, incentivizing purchases without real demand, fictitious orders, bot traffic or other manipulative methods are prohibited .
Level determination: The bonus level is based on the final GMV at the end of the campaign period.

5) Compensation & Payment

Commissions for videos/creator sales are settled within the Health Routine Affiliate platform via the UpPromote platform according to the rules applicable there.
Premiums will be paid out within 30 days of the end of the billing period to the payment methods on file, provided all requirements are met.
Payment details: Participants must provide valid payment information .
Taxes & Invoices: All tax obligations (e.g., income tax, sales tax) are the responsibility of the affiliate. If required, a proper invoice must be issued to us.

6) Content and Claim Guidelines

Use only approved product information and claims .
No medical, disease- or curative statements.
For questions regarding permissible statements, the affiliate should contact Halth Routine directly.

7) Amendment, suspension or termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time if necessary for organizational, legal, or economic reasons. Participants will be notified of any changes via email and/or our community channels .

8) Usage rights to content

By participating and receiving rewards, you grant us a simple, perpetual, and geographically unlimited right to use the videos you create as part of the campaign, limited to use on meta-platforms (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and our own channels (e.g., website, newsletter). If you do not wish your videos to be used , please inform us by email at support@healthroutine.de . This does not affect any previously published content.

9) Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy . Legal bases include, among others, contract/terms of participation and legitimate interests (e.g., fraud prevention).

Appendix: Definitions

Health Routine Affiliate Account: An account provided by Health Routine via UpPromote that allows creators to sell products via affiliate link/code and receive commissions.
GMV (Gross Merchandise Value): Sum of order values less cancellations/returns/refunds.
Reward level: Thresholds set by us that grant additional bonuses upon reaching the respective GMV (details will be communicated separately).
